This Site is operated by Cojoy RevGen LLC, a single-member limited liability company registered in the State of New Hampshire ("Cojoy RevGen," "we," "us," or "our").

Cojoy RevGen is committed to handling information responsibly. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to all visitors and individuals who submit inquiries or sign up for communications through the Site.

9.Information We Collect

Information You Provide Directly

When you fill out a contact form, book a consultation, or subscribe to email communications, you may provide us with information including your name, email address, company name, job title, and the content of your message. We collect only what you choose to submit.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, certain technical information is collected automatically through cookies and analytics tools. This may include your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, pages visited, time spent on pages, referring URLs, and general geographic location based on IP. We use this information in aggregate to understand how visitors use the Site and to improve its performance.

10.Tools and Technologies We Use

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to collect and analyze aggregated data about Site traffic and visitor behavior. Google Analytics uses cookies to track interactions. The data collected is pseudonymous and does not identify you personally. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

HubSpot

We use HubSpot as our customer relationship management (CRM) and email marketing platform. If you submit a contact form or sign up for communications, your information is stored in HubSpot and used to manage our relationship with you, respond to your inquiries, and send you relevant communications if you have opted in. HubSpot also places cookies on the Site to track visitor activity and associate it with contact records.

Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. We use cookies to support analytics and to remember preferences. You can control cookie behavior through your browser settings. Please note that disabling cookies may affect the functionality of certain features on the Site. We do not use cookies to serve advertising or to track you across unaffiliated websites.

11.How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To respond to your inquiries and schedule consultations
  • To send you marketing communications if you have opted in, including insights, announcements, and updates about Cojoy RevGen services
  • To analyze Site traffic and visitor behavior in aggregate to improve the Site
  • To maintain and improve our CRM and communications workflows
  • To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

12.How We Share Your Information

We share information only as necessary to operate the Site and deliver our services. This is limited to:

  • Service providers such as Google and HubSpot, as described above, who process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security standards
  • Legal or regulatory authorities where required by applicable law or to protect our legal rights

We require that any third-party service providers who access your information maintain appropriate security measures and use it only for the purposes we specify.

13.Email Communications and Opt-Out

If you subscribe to email communications from Cojoy RevGen, you will receive periodic messages related to our services, insights, and announcements. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time and we will honor your request promptly. Please note that even after unsubscribing from marketing communications, we may still contact you in connection with an active inquiry or engagement.

14.Data Retention

We retain contact and inquiry information for as long as it is necessary to manage our business relationship with you or as required by law. Analytics data collected through Google Analytics is retained according to Google's standard retention settings, which you can configure in your Google account. You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us at the email address below.

15.Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights with respect to your personal information, including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us directly. We will respond to all requests within a reasonable timeframe. We do not discriminate against individuals who exercise their privacy rights.

If you are located in California, please note that California law provides residents with additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). As a small business that does not sell personal information, many CCPA obligations do not apply to us, but we support your right to know what information we hold and to request its deletion.

16.Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we collect from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and encourage you to exercise caution when submitting sensitive information online.
